Product Description

This gorgeous black, steampunk skirt from Spin Doctor has beautiful detail. Also available in the same style in brown and off white. The skirt itself is layered with a ruffled net outer in black with polka dots in the net. The under layer is a soft fabric, also in black and trimmed with a pretty cotton lace at the hem. The waist band is a faux leather, PVC in black. This has corset lacing on either side of the waist and suspender clips hanging from the front and back.
